Kelis dropped
First, former NSyncer JC Chasez decided to part ways with Jive Records, and now, EW has learned, Kelis has been dropped from the label that's home to Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and R. Kelly. The R&B singer's 2003 album, Tasty, yielded the massive hit "Milkshake," and was certified gold, but Kelis' most recent effort, 2006's Kelis Was Here, had less success in the U.S.—despite plenty of guest spots, including a collaboration with her husband, Nas. Kelis was originally signed to Pharrell Williams's Star Tracks, which had a distribution deal in place with Virgin, which was later moved to Arista and, through the SonyBMG merger, she ended up with Jive. "It was a case of being in the ever-shrinking world of the record industry and finding herself on a label she wasn't signed to and without a champion," says Kelis' manager, Jeff Rabhan. "She's a different kind of artist — very image and style-driven. It's either something you get or you don't."
I see why they released her!!! Shes a HOT Mess!!!

TI realeased from jail!!!
Judge orders T.I. released on bond 28 minutes ago
A federal judge ordered rapper T.I. released on $3 million bond Friday, but he must remain in home confinement while he awaits trial on weapons charges.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman said the singer must remain under house arrest at a home in Henry County. He wasn't more specific about the location.
T.I. (real name: Clifford Harris) will be monitored 24 hours a day by a private monitoring service that he must pay for.
He's restricted to the home except under certain circumstances, including medical appointments and court appearances. He cannot own any firearms and cannot have contact with any witnesses or informants in the case.
Noting that T.I has a team of highly qualified attorneys, the judge said: "You shouldn't do anything that will undermine their ability to represent you."
Defense lawyer Ed Garland argued that based on the amount of money being put up, there's no reason not to release his client

Diddy
Combs inked a multi-year deal to develop the Ciroc vodka brand — one of Diageo PLC's superpremium lines — for a 50-50 share in the profits. Diageo said the agreement could be worth more than $100 million for Combs over the course of the deal, depending on how well the brand performs. "It is not an endorsement deal," Combs told The Associated Press on Tuesday night. "This is something that will have my daily attention." Combs said he wanted to work with Diageo because the company understood that "I'm not just a celebrity endorser, I'm a brand builder. I'm a luxury brand builder."
